The app
BIM DPF GUARD is a diagnostic information app for BMW diesel vehicles. It reads data from your car via a Bluetooth OBD-II adapter and displays it — it never writes to, modifies, or controls any vehicle system.
License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the app, activated on up to 2 devices at a time. You can swap which devices are active at any time from within the app.
Subscription & auto-renewal
BIM DPF GUARD is billed as an annual subscription: €12.99 for the first year, then €5.99/year on each renewal, charged automatically to your original payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
No warranty on vehicle outcomes
The app provides informational alerts only. We make no guarantee about DPF regeneration timing, engine health, or any outcome related to your vehicle. You remain responsible for your car's maintenance and for driving safely — do not interact with your phone while driving.
Not affiliated with BMW
BIM DPF GUARD is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BMW AG in any way.
Refund policy
You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment (your first purchase or a renewal charge). To request one, contact support@dpfguard.app, or reach out to Paddle's support team directly as our payment processor.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method — processing time may vary by a few business days depending on your bank or card network.
This policy adds to, without limiting, any statutory withdrawal rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Canceling your subscription (to stop future renewals) does not by itself refund a payment already made — the two are separate; email us if you want both.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
